FRANKLY FOR YOU kicks off on Wednesday July 15 2020 with a league-like structure (LEAGUE PHASE) where participants are to play everyone in their league once, according to schedule. These encounters will go the yard, sine missione style, no quarter given, no mercy shown; meaning no draws! Extra time and penalties if necessary! POWER RANKINGS will be determined at the end of this league as well as qualification to the next phase of the tournament GROUPS PHASE.
GROUP PHASE of this event will comprise of 4 participants in a group where participants will play each other in a home and away encounter according to schedule. No extra time or penalties will be required in this phase. Top 2 participants after all encounter have been played migrate to the Final stage of the tournament the KNOCKOUT PHASE.
KNOCKOUT PHASE commences with the Round of 16, where participants face off in another home and away structure. If the encounter is tied after both legs have been played there will be a 3rd leg where extra time and penalties will be required if necessary; even the FINALS will follow the same format.
