History

The story started in 2000 with Cyberleagues, a first gen tournament organization software used to publish results and rankings of major esports competitions. The next step was to create the ESWC in 2003, building legitimacy as professional organizers and developing new sets of tools to improve the organization. Iterative improvements on the tools would eventually lead to the conception of Toornament.
