the 2 best will reach quarter finals

Stage 2 - quarter finals
First in Group A vs. Second in Group D
First in Group B vs. Second in Group C
First in Group C vs. Second in Group B
First in Group D vs. Second in Group A

Stage 3 - semi finals
Winner QF 1 vs. Winner QF 2
Winner QF 3 vs. Winner QF 4

Stage 4 - grand final
Winner SF 1 vs. Winner SF 2
