1. The Hand of the Gods Hi-Rez Expo Qualifiers are Double elimination tournaments.
2. All matches are Best of Three (Bo3), with the first player to win 2 games advancing. Grand Finals are Bo3, where the player advancing from the winners bracket only needs to win a single set, and the player advancing from the losers bracket must win two.
3. The first Hi-Rez Expo Qualifier (October 28th) will be seeded based on placement in the Fall Circuit. All following tournaments will be hard seeded based off Qualifier placements.
4. Each player is required to bring 4 decks from unique Pantheons.
5. Players will ban 1 of their opponents decks before each set. The list of Pantheons that players are running will be released by an administrator before the start of the tournament.
6. At the start of a set, the higher seeded player will ban first, then the lower seeded player. The higher seeded player will then have choice of first or second. Players who go first must initiate the challenge request to their opponent. The losing player after each game in a set then has the option to go first or second.
7. When a player wins a game, the deck played cannot be used for the remainder of the match. The losing player can keep the same deck used or switch to a different one of their choice.
