Description
Valorant is a newly released tactical shooter based on the wildly popular first-person tactical shooter series, Counter-Strike. This game combines elements of an FPS shooter with a MOBA to provide a unique experience like no other.
In this game, there are two teams of 5 each, with various characters with different abilities where one team is trying to capture one of the sites on the map to plant the “Spike” while the other team is trying to defend. This defense and offense of the teams are made easier or harder, depending on how you use the tools provided, by abilities. These abilities and a gun can be bought at the start of around to attack or defend a site. This is where the game becomes tactical. The abilities once bought cannot be reused for the rest of the round, if used. The team must wait until the next round to rebuy them and use them again. The first team to win 13 rounds wins.
