Heals For Reals: A Tribute to Cornish Gamer Hen Ultiduo Event

This is the Sign Ups for the Heals for Reals Charity event that will be coming up on December 9th and 10th. Please make sure to register with a team name when signing up. Team leader will also need to pay the $10 USD donation fee in order to be qualified to play. Your partner does NOT have to pay the $10 USD dollar fee unless they wish to donate to be qualified for the donation medal.
