Participants can stream their matches on Twitch with 15 minutes delay just like in February Open Qualifier.
Some streamers might still prefer being able to interact with the chat as the stakes aren't quite as high in this tournament compared to open qualifiers. A streamer must do it with full responsibility though. If the opponent stream snipes and somehow it helps him win the match, even if said streamer suspects that, match is still valid.
