Winter Crystal Cup 2019

TOURNAMENT RUN

The 3v3 tournament will have two phases :
First Phase : Round Robin Qualification
Second Phase : Direct Eliminations to Quarter, Semi and Grand Finals

First phase

A total of 16 teams will compete in the Round Robin stage. They will be randomly divided in two (or more) different groups (4 teams per group).

The top two teams per group will be qualified for the second phase.

Scores will work this way :
Victory = 3 Points
Defeat = 1 Point

If there is a draw at the end of a matches, the two teams will be settled by another match between them (BO1).

Second Phase

Once the Round Robin is ended, we begin the second phase with direct elimination matches :
Quarter Finals - 4 matches in BO3 - 8 Teams
Semi Finals - 2 matches in BO3 - 4 Teams
Third place match - 1 match in BO3 - 2 Teams
Grand Finals - 1 match in BO5 - 2 Teams

First place : 3000 ice or 1000 / player
Second place : 1800 ice or 600 / player
Third place : 1200 ice or 400 / player
